    • Cancellations made within the cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing costs. The cancellation fee amount will depend on the stage of production and the customization level of the furniture item.

  3. Custom Orders:

    • For custom-made furniture orders or special orders, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  5. Modification Requests:

    • If you need to modify your order, such as changing the color, size, or other specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of production.
