EZ Mountain specializes in custom furniture. With a wide variety of wood species to choose from, the only limitation is your creativity. Stop by our store to discuss you custom order with our knowledgeable staff Tuesday - Saturday between 10am and 5pm. To speed the process along, bring sketches or pictures of what you are looking to have built, along with dimension. Once all the specifics have been determined we’ll get you quote as soon as possible, sometimes even the same day. All custom orders require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be taken care of either at pick-up or when your furniture is delivered.
Custom Orders: Once a custom order has been placed the order can be cancelled up until manufacturing begins and a full refund will be issued. If the manufacturing process has begun the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
Standard Orders: Standard orders can be cancelled at anytime before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing has begun a 10% fee will be charged per item cancelled.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Original shipping charges or transportation fes will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for any transportation and shipping charges. Upon arrival the item will be inspected for damage. If item is found to be in the same condition as when sold a full refund will be issued minus shipping/transportation charges.
Damaged items will be assessed and an proportionate fee will be applied at the discretion of EZ Mountain Rustic Furniture, LLC.
