QUALITY TAKES TIME
Our furniture is handmade and made to order. The average lead time for our products is typically between 6 to 8 weeks. However, certain products may have longer lead times ranging from 8 to 12 weeks. It is important to understand that all lead times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change based on various factors. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in allowing for potential variations in delivery timelines.
We work almost exclusively with the Amish to provide you with top-quality, solid wood furniture. Our craftsmen do their best to keep us up to date on their lead times, but with over 27 different shops producing our items, lead times can change overnight.
The estimates above reflect the time it will take our builders to create your product and does not include transportation to our warehouse, showroom, or your home.
Depending on the fulfillment method you choose the overall lead time (build time and shipping time) may vary. EZ Mountain Rustic Furniture does not guarantee that your order will be delivered within the timeframes listed above. Local Pickup:
If you opted to pick your order up from our showroom in Pocono Lake, PA your order is typically ready within the average lead time of 6 - 8 weeks (or 8 - 12 weeks for barnwood and softgoods).
Local Delivery:
If you are within 2 hours of our showroom we’ll deliver your order personally. Local deliveries are scheduled after your entire order has arrived at our showroom, typically within the standard lead time of 6 - 8 weeks (or 8 - 12 weeks for barnwood and softgoods). After we confirm that your order has arrived at our facility and is undamaged we’ll give you a call to schedule your delivery, on average we are able to deliver your furniture within 2 weeks of your order arriving at our warehouse (depending on your schedule of course).
Curbside and White Glove Delivery
Orders outside of our local delivery zone require 3 - 4 weeks in addition to the build time.
We’ve partnered with a great delivery company that is both reliable and provides the best white glove service around. Your order won’t be delivered in 2 days, but it will arrive safe and sound, and if you so choose, it will be placed in the room of your choice and assembled.
Once each item from your order is built and ready to ship we’ll contact the White Glove company. Ordinarily, your order will be picked up within the next 2 weeks, after which you will receive an email or text from our shipping partner with the details regarding your delivery. You’ll receive a date, approximate time, and the driver's name and phone number should you need to reach him.
Freight
Freight orders require 3 - 4 weeks in addition to the build time. This is due to the additional materials needed and custom pallets being produced for each order. Actual shipping times vary from carrier to carrier, but typically are delivered with 1 - 2 weeks from he time the pallet is picked up.
